By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies outlined below.
⚠️ Scope of Services
Lifeline Development provides mentorship, guidance, and support services for children, adolescents, and families. Services are designed to build confidence, improve communication, and support personal growth through one-on-one sessions, structured programs, and community-based experiences.
Services include, but are not limited to:
After The Call Program (in-person, activity-based)
Raising with Confidence Program (virtual)
Parent & Adolescent Support (virtual or in-person)
Student Reset Experience (virtual or in-person)
All services are non-clinical and are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical care, or crisis intervention.

🔒 Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm to yourself or others.
🧠 Client Participation & Responsibility
Lifeline Development services are interactive and may involve guided conversation, skill-building, and participation in activities.
Outcomes depend on each individual’s level of participation and engagement. Clients (and parents/guardians when applicable) are responsible for:
Active participation in sessions or programs
Communicating needs, concerns, or limitations
Maintaining appropriate behavior during sessions or activities
🚗 In-Person Services & Activities
Certain services, including the After The Call Program and select Parent & Adolescent Support sessions, are conducted in person and may include community-based activities.
By enrolling in in-person services, you acknowledge and agree:
Participation may involve transportation and off-site activities
Activities are designed to support learning, confidence, and engagement
Participants are expected to follow safety guidelines and instructions at all times
Additional details, including scheduling, location, and expectations, will be provided prior to participation.
💻 Virtual Services
Programs such as Raising with Confidence and select sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom or phone.
Clients are responsible for:
Ensuring a reliable internet or phone connection
Participating from a private, appropriate setting
Being present and engaged during sessions
🩷 Respect & Professional Boundaries
A safe, respectful, and supportive environment is essential.
Lifeline Development reserves the right to pause or discontinue services if:
Boundaries are not respected
Inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior occurs
Needs fall outside the scope of services
👨👩👧 Parent/Guardian Involvement (For Minors)
Parent or guardian consent is required for all participants under 18.
Parent involvement may be included when appropriate, while maintaining a respectful and supportive space for the individual.
⏰ Scheduling & Appointments
All services must be scheduled in advance through the booking system. Please select the appropriate service when booking.
🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions
Repeated late cancellations may limit future booking access
🚫 No-Show Policy
Missed sessions without notice will be considered a no-show and will be forfeited.
After three (3) no-shows, services may be discontinued. Remaining sessions or programs will not be refunded.
💳 Payments & Programs
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged
All sessions and programs are non-refundable
Programs must be used within the designated timeframe
Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received
🌿 Community Resource Guidance
Lifeline Development may provide recommendations for additional resources when appropriate. Participation in outside services is the responsibility of the client or parent/guardian.
🔄 Policy Updates
Lifeline Development reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Significant changes will be communicated accordingly.
