Frequently Asked Questions

  • Services are designed for young individuals, including adolescents and students, as well as parents and families. Specific services and programs may have age requirements, which are noted when booking.

  • That’s completely okay. It’s normal for young individuals to feel unsure at first. Sessions are designed to be low-pressure and supportive, allowing them to open up at their own pace. There is never any force—just guidance and space to feel comfortable.

  • These sessions focus on guidance, perspective, and real-life support rather than diagnosis or academic instruction. The goal is to help individuals build confidence, improve communication, and develop practical skills they can apply in everyday life as well as get involved in their community.

  • The Lifeline Project is a community sponsorship initiative that helps provide children and families with access to Lifeline Development programs, services, and meaningful experiences regardless of financial barriers.

  • At this time, Lifeline Development operates on a self-pay basis and does not accept insurance.

This allows services to remain flexible, personalized, and accessible without the limitations often associated with insurance requirements. It also allows us to continue expanding resources, workshops, and community-based programs—such as After The Call—to better support the individuals and families we serve.
